K5 Hospitality is looking for a hands-on, creative Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends. This is not your typical desk job—you’ll be on the floor filming, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, interviewing chefs and staff, documenting events, pop-ups, and restaurant life, and creating content that can go viral.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Video Content Creation:
- Film, edit, and post engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Stay on top of trending audio, viral formats, and social media trends to keep our brands relevant.
- Be on-camera when needed for interviews, BTS content, and creative storytelling.
- Capture restaurant life, food plating, cocktails, events, pop-ups, and seasonal activations.
- Edit content in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and hashtags that drive engagement.
Creative Support & Design:
- Produce graphics for social posts, menus, flyers, signage, and digital promotions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute visual campaigns across all restaurants.
- Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel across channels.
Event & Experiential Content:
- Attend events, seasonal pop-ups, and activations to capture photo/video content in real-time.
- Support influencer collaborations, press events, and community partnerships.
- Share content from private events, buyouts, and dining experiences to drive bookings and engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Analytics:
- Manage content calendar and posting schedule.
- Track engagement metrics and provide weekly performance insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align content with brand campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and viral content trends with proven creation experience.
- Comfortable on-camera, energetic, and authentic.
- Skilled in filming, lighting, and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or InDesign for graphics.
- Experience with email campaigns (Mailchimp) and paid ads (Meta, Google) is a plus.
- Photography and videography experience a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands preferred—but not required.
