Beverage Director:
K5 Hospitality, an award-winning restaurant group in the heart of Atlanta, is seeking a passionate and experienced Beverage Director to lead the beverage programs across our three upscale restaurants. This is a unique opportunity to craft innovative cocktail menus, curate exceptional wine lists, and oversee all aspects of beverage operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Develop and execute creative, high-end cocktail and wine programs tailored to each restaurant's unique concept.
- Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.
- Train and mentor bar teams to ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in service.
- Collaborate with chefs and management to create pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the beverage program.
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale restaurant as a Beverage Director, Bar Manager, or a similar leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a passion for hospitality.
